The team

In the Old Testament prophets and priests, chosen and called by God, often remained alone, without the support of the surrounding and the majority. Today in the time of New Testament - this often repeats. But in the Tanah we see other examples as well.

In the book of Exodus 18:13-26 we read, as Jethro advised Moses to create a team and gave principle foundation of how to create a team. We also see the example of our Lord Yeshua, who carried out His earthly ministry surrounded by a team, He chose His desciples, walked with them, taught them, He equipped them and sent them out to the "fields" that became "white" -ready for harvest. (John 4:35).

While incorporating into life the wisdom and principles of the Holy Scriptures, we would like to see in our congregation a rising , strong, united and healthy ministry team. This is the time of the Body of Christ, when the words said by Paul, fulfill literally: "Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular". (1 Corinthian 12:27). "That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it." (1 Corinthians 12:25-26).

Lord Jesus Himself is the head: "....From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love." (Ephesians 4:15-16).

Bible says that with the Lord, one will chase a thousand, and two - ten thousands. Imagine only, what will be able to accomplish people, that are moving in the same vision, not envying or competing with one  another, but helping each other in every way to tackle challenges, supporting each other and glorifying the Body of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah!

Pastor's assistance, presbyter of the congregation, and worship leader. Is members of the council of elders. Author and performer of praise and worship songs. Escorts the pastor in ministry trips. Moves in the gift of support and worship.
