Charity

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)

The meaning of the word charity, or in Latin “benefactoring,” is in the sound of the word itself: “bene” – good, “factoring” – to do.

A priority of this ministry is to help those whom the Bible calls us to help: widows and orphans, single parents, families with many children, people who, for various reasons, find themselves in disastrous circumstances. This category also includes people of little means.

Scripture tells us that: “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” (James 1:27).

Also, in this ministry, we give attention to new repatriates at the beginning of their establishment in the historic homeland.

The church charitable ministry offers multifaceted assistance, taking into consideration each need individually.

If you would like to become a part of the charitable ministry in Jerusalem, in the land of Israel, you can do that by going to the section “Donations.”
